I Spy Camel, White & Black

Aiko Cross Back Leather Detail Sweater $298.00

Just saw this sweater by Aiko at Intermix (exclusively) and fell head over heels in love. The color trio of camel, white and black so refreshing for fall, and the strip of black leather in the back – so cool!

Pair it with a black pencil skirt,  All Saints’ Metal pencil skirt is a favorite of mine, and Steve By Steve Madden’s new Maliik bootie for a chic daytime to evening look. Or, try Tacotti’s double zip ankle boot for a funkier urban feel.  My ultra talented friend, Cynthia Desser’s citrine point Rock Opera earrings compliment either look perfectly!

Fashion’s Night Out – Los Angeles Pic’s

Los Angeles’s second Fashion’s Night Out party (the first FNO was only in New York) might not have been attended by as many fashion enthusiasts as last year but the night was still a roaring success. We shopped, browsed, mingled and partied till our feet gave out. Below are just some of our favorite fashion looks of the night.

Los Angeles is wild for Black & White! Amanda & Rita show a whole lotta leg (and what legs they have) in their black and white combos while Courtney and Summer take a break from the Intermix bash.

All that glitters is not only Gold and the new Chanel boutique on Robertson Boulevard proves it. Marissa, in a rockin sequin dress, and Andrew man the doors at All Saints on Robertson Blvd.

The window of Alexander McQueen on Melrose Avenue, the most stupendous boutique and definitely my new favorite. If you’re in the area, it is definitely worth a look-see.

We are coveting Alexander McQueen’s Knuckle Clutch.

Our friends, Olivier and Cynthia, who are always tres chic, outside of Alexander McQueen. Cynthia Desser, wearing Libertin Louison, is a prodigious jewelry designer who made her mark in Paris. Check out her website, cynthiadesser.com. to pick up some of the monumental pieces from her Fall/Winter collection before they sell out. One of my favorite of her many Jamin Puech’s, of Paris, handbags.

Julie, in a smashing Marlene Burger striped maxi dress at the Theory party on Melrose Ave. An unknown women with an awesome handbag at Vivienne Westwood on Melrose, who scurried away before I had a chance to ask her who the designer was.

Tina Lu, the design room coordinator for Willow and Clay, in her favorite Alexander Wang top. Renee, with her effervescent style, is a stand out at Vivienne Westwood on Melrose Avenue.
