Bucking Tradition

Remember the days when wearing white after labor day was considered a faux pas. That tradition seems so dated now, especially living in sunny Southern California. So today we are bucking the rules and celebrating  wearing white for as long as we like (or sunny weather permits).

Over at Shop Latitude, from India Bazaar, I found this tres cool white-flowered embroidered tunic crafted in the tradition of Lucknow. Accessorize it by two of my favorite ladies for the perfect boho chic look: Los Angeles’ very own Jemma Sands – this dress screams for layers of her longer necklaces. The Coronada wooden necklaces is my latest fav. I’ve been wearing my Valia Gabriel sandals all summer long to the raves of everyone who sees them. Mine are sold out but these taupe Lorient sandals are also wonderful!

Stella and Lori’s off-white fringe bag and a seasonless floppy taupe hat (for only $39.99), are the finishing touches on our boho chic look.

Happy Labor Day!!

It seems like you didn’t actually need to resubscribe when you changed your blog. I think that’s why I’m getting it twice.
