The 70th Golden Globes last night, hosted by Amy Poehler and Tina Fey, had to be one of the best. The ladies opening monologue was hilarious!! Another funny moment was Kristen Wiig and Will Ferrell’s  skit – hysterical!! If you missed it, do your self a favor and make sure to catch it.

Not only were the Globes fabulous but so was the fashion, barely a miss on the red carpet! Lena Dunham, God knows I love your show (Girls on HBO), and you are extremely talented (congrats on your wins); but what were you thinking?

Jennifer Lawrence (another winner last night ) wore a Christian Dior Haute Couture (designed by Raf Simmons) red strapless gown that was sexy and beautiful. Speaking of sexy it described Julianna Margulies’ lace Pucci dress to a tee. Anne Hathaway looked divine in a vintage two piece Chanel ensemble, and Jennifer Garner in a red (the color du jour) strapless Vivienne Westwood looked tres elegant!

Julienne Moore’s Tom Ford black and white column dress was a sophisticated and chic choice, while Taylor Swift, in a delicious Donna Karen gown, looked quite grownup and a bit sexy herself. My standout favorite was Naomi Watts in a breathtakingly beautiful Zac Posen gown. – stunning!!

Check out my ten favorite gowns and let me know if I missed any of your favorites.

Clockwise from top left: Anne Hathaway In Vintage Chanel, Jennifer Lawrence In Haute Christian Dior, Amy Adams In Marchesa, Jennifer Garner In Vivienne Westwood, Lea Michelle In Elie Saab, Julianna Margulies In Pucci, Jessica Chastin In Calvin Klein Collection, Taylor Swift in Donna Karen, Julianne Moore In Tom Ford and Naomi Watts In Zac Posen.
