Tart has infused a boho-rocker vibe into their new Fall 2012 collection and I am loving everything about it. Guest Editor Chelsea – DVF’s Pre-Fall Collection

Temperatures are rising and Summer is officially here -and if you’re at all like me you’re thrilled to be wearing barely-there skirts and dresses like they are going out of style. The whole notion of dressing for the season can be a bit confusing however when you walk into a boutique or department store and Summer’s already on sale and Pre-Fall is starting to arrive.
